Three Staterooms, sleeps seven comfortably. The master stateroom is in the stern with a king sized berth, there are two large transom windows, separate Sony stereo system in master cabin with remote, hanging lockers, drawers and cabinets. Ensuite electric head, sink and separate tub/shower in master cabin. Forward to starboard is a private double guest state room with full size hanging locker and to port is another private single guest stateroom, both with drawers and lockers for storing personal items. Forward is the guest electric head, sink and separate step-in shower. The combo washer and dryer is installed in a custom cabinet in the forward head. Beautiful teak and holly sole throughout.
The pilot house has an U-shaped settee and table that converts to a queen to sleep two comfortably, to starboard are two large comfortable barrel chairs and a liquor cabinet, flat screen LCD color television, DVD player and table. To starboard aft in the pilot house is a super large separate 4 cu ft freezer.

Galley is down with a U shaped portside second dinette, which makes a fine office and Chart Table area.. Plenty of counter space, cabinets and drawers with super large L-shaped refrigerator, top and side opening, propane gimbaled three burner range and oven, stainless steel combination GE Profile Convection/Microwave oven, deep double stainless steel sinks, under the counter stainless steel Bosch silent dishwasher, and custom built ‘Margaritaville bar’.

All standing rigging replaced in 2005. Vessel is equipped with a pilot house mounted All exterior teak professionally maintained to ‘show room’ standards, revarnished by a professional twice a year and covered with sunbrella snap covers when boat is not in use. Teak decks were removed in 2009, and Complete new fiberglass/Gelcoated decks with non skid installed.. Complete new bottom installed in 2009. Rudder completely rebuilt in 2009, 5 coats of bottom gel coat, 10 coats of Interprotect 2000 and 6 coats of Petite/Trinidad anti-fouling applied to bottom in 2009. Propeller and shaft removed, serviced and trued with new cutlass bearing installed 2009. All sea cocks removed, serviced and reinstalled in 2009. Mast and boom were removed, inspected, repaired where necessary, repainted with Imron and reinstalled in 2009. Aluminum boom installed Jan 2011. Mast box was rebuilt and painted with Imron in 2009. Man overboard pole and man overboard retrieval system with hard canister aboard. Canvas and isinglass enclosed cockpit, canvas sun deck cover with removable all around screens, hatch covers. Double stainless steel bow rollers holding (2) anchors, a 75# CQR and 45# CQR on 300 feet of 3/8″ BBB chain. Maxwell anchor windlass with deck control switches. Stern anchor with custom retrieval system. Stainless steel stanchions with double life lines, stern custom stainless steel removable dinghy davits holding a 10’5″ Achilles hard bottom inflatable dinghy. Custom heavy duty outboard motor bracket for stern rail. Stern fold down boarding, swim, dive ladder. Dock lines and fenders. Self tailing winches.

Mechanical
There is a complete reference library in binder form onboard for all ships systems and equipment. A number of periodic marine surveys are also available for the vessel that establishes the history, care and long term condition of the vessel. A number of periodic Oil Sample Analyses are also available that establish the history, long term condition and care of the main engine, transmission and generator. All tanks are fiberglass (2) 150 gallons each water, total 300 gallons and (2) fuel tanks of 150 gallons each, total 300 gallons with individual fuel gauges, a custom built fuel management system has been installed. Unique custom built emergency rudder system with universal joints and pillow bearings, operable by helmsman from cockpit. Alternator is 175 amp with a spare onboard. Spares for most all motors, pumps, hoses, belts are aboard the vessel. New flexible shaft coupling installed 2009. New PSS drip less shaft seal system installed 2009. New motor mounts installed in 2009.
This model has two helm stations. The pilothouse station is perfect for bad weather although the upper helm station is enclosed with canvas and isinglass with an overhead isinglass window to see the set of the sails. All lines feed into the cockpit.
THE MAIN ENGINE HAS RECENTLY BEEN COMPLETELY OVERHAULED AND REBUILT.- 20 Hrs since MOH. Addtionally a complete rebuild of the Generator will be included and provided as part of any sale.
